Dashi, which means “soup-stock” in English, is indispensable to Japan’s Food Culture. It has a distinct flavor, with a gentle taste and rich aroma.

Shizupack Ltd. Company proudly introduce a new type of hot drink, known as “Odashi” hot soup, which could be used with dried bonito to add more flavor.

What is “Odashi soup stock”?
1/ A drip pack containing powdered soup stock.
2/ Put the drip pack on both sides of a mug and pour hot water over to enjoy the gentle taste and aroma of the dashi stock.

In most cases, “Odashi” is for everyone, but there are some special cases that we strongly recommend using this type of hot drink:
